Refund Policy

Refund policy for TP Directory Application
This Refund Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the payment made to
the company for premium usage and making use of the premium features of the
application and for promotional of your business.

For the purpose of this Refund Policy:
Payment refers to the amount of money paid to the Company.
Application refers to Telephone Directory App, the software program provided by the
Company.
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this
Agreement) refers to Plestar, Inc, Fourth Floor, Vijay Towers, Samathanapuram.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other
legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as
applicable.
Premium Features:
This application is a freemium model application where the basic features of the
application is free to all the users. Some of the features as mentioned in the home
page under “Premium” are given a certain price.
Apart from this, the Company also accepts payment for promotional activities in the
application.

Request for Cancellation:
The model of this application is made such that you pay to use the premium features
for a year. There is no option to cancel the premium features in between or the
period the application’s premium services are used.
So, therefore, money spent on the premium feature can be cancelled only on a
yearly basis and therefore no cancellation request is entertained for the running year.

Cancellation of the promotional money added to the application for promoting your
business can be requested through our application or an email to
support@plestar.net. However, the current amount that is added to your account
cannot be withdrawn, sent to or transferred to another user account. You would have
to either spend the money or keep it in your account for future spendings.
Cancellation of promotional activities can be entertained by you not adding any
money further and spending what is available in your account.

Request for Refund:
The application is developed as a Pay as you go model and there is no option for
refund of money to your bank account, cards, or others. Transferring of money from
one user account to another user account is also not possible.
